  • About Our Pantry

About one-half of the food we serve is purchased from or donated through our partnership with

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.  The other one-half is provided from the generous donations from our Church Family and Friends, and not forgetting to mention our Missions Place Garden.

Visit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina website here.

  • How You Can Help

Volunteers are vital to the Food Pantry operation, whether scheduling appointments, tending to the garden, serving clients, helping with those awkward and/or heavy tasks, or filling in where needed.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact Sherry Ashford, Missions Place Food Pantry Coordinator.

*Orientation is required for all volunteers.
